This data is then processed securely via Splitforms, our third-party form submission provider.

We may use website analytics tools (such as Microsoft clarity) to collect anonymous usage data, including but not limited to:

• General geographic region (non-precise)

Note that this does not include your name, email address or any other personal information that is uniquely identifiable.

• Data deletion tools

Additionally, we retain submission only for as long as it is necessary to respond to your request.

B. Analytics data

Analytical data collected is stored by the relevant analytics provider (such as Microsoft Clarity) in line with their GDPR-compliant policies.

5. Sharing your data

We do not share, sell or trade your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared only with:

• SplitForms - Form processing software
• Analytics providers - Anonymous data usage only

Both act as GDPR compliant data processors.

• Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 12 months, unless required longer for any ongoing communication
• Analytics: Retained according to the analytics provider’s default retention period
